SMART Habit Saturday

I did great for me. I was sucking up the Dr. Pepper on a daily basis until last Saturday. I only had one this week and I already owned up to it. I know I can make it 100% next week - I just have to have my water handy and getting to bed earlier will help too.
Which brings me to my new habit. Getting to bed earlier, and for me this would be 11 pm. I've been averaging 2-3 am so 11 really is early for me.
So to sum up:
No Soda - 6 out of 7
Drinking water - pretty good
Making dinner - on hold
Medical papers - not so much
Journal - habit

Great work this week! I had Coke 2 days this week due to having headaches. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. This week I should be able to go Coke free! :)

Great job on your habits this week. Good luck on going to bed earlier. By the way, I know you have your making dinner habit on hold but I wanted to share this site that I found. It may be of help when you decide to pick it up again. http://www.menus4moms.com/ They have menus, recipes & shopping lists. I need to start doing this also, maybe next week or month.

Way to go on decreasing the amount of Dr. Pepper you drink :)!! And good luck going to bed on time. I have been trying to do this consistently since January. However, I am much better than I used to be.

Way to go on decreasing the soda. Soda calls me so I know how hard you've worked.

I need to get to bed sooner too. Isn't it funny that a lot of us have the same habits that we want to work on? Have a great week.

good job! I have to work on cutting out my dr pepper now, too. I hadn't had any in awhile, but succumbed the last two weeks. I am going to try to go cold turkey today. :-)

Great job on your soda-free efforts! It's a tough habit to break. I broke it myself a couple of years ago and have felt the BEST of my entire life ever since. I still jones for it now and then. :/
