When things get really quiet around here...

I know to go looking for her. She will be sound asleep some where; she just can't seem to make it all the way through the day. Sometimes she'll even announce, "I going to bed. I so tired mommy."

Yes! Blue skies today. I am saving these for when the next group of storms is due, because even though I enjoy the thick blankets of snowy white and the stillness they bring, it does my heart good to see some sunshine too. Enjoy!

Hey you. I have been trying to send an email for a couple of days and it keeps bouncing...
Blue skies are always a welcome sight.

First thing this morning my oldest daughter came running in to inform me (with lots of enthusiasm I might add), that the sky is blue! :)

I wish I could get my 4 year old to take naps--never has since she was just a few months old (and still rarely sleeps through the night I might add). :(

I love blue today, too.
But if we don't get another storm though soon, that will mean inversion time. And that means asthma attacks.
So pray for warm enough weather for rain, not snow. :)

Poor G. :( Quiet at my house means someone is doing something realllly bad.

I can't believe all the snow you folks have been getting. We are in a serious meltdown here. The roads are slushy and my nicely mopped kitchen floor resembles the floor of the chicken coop. :C

It was so gorgeous out today.

And that nap looks so nice. I could use one of those myself.

heff - I just got it.

am'n - she won't take regular naps, but about every three weeks she puts herself down for one.

ew - she is so fast! the other day when I was shoveling snow and she was only a couple minutes behind me - she came out with crackers that she had used full sized scissors to cut into. her guardian angels are kept very busy looking after her.

cocoa - I just know that will be us in about 4 weeks, or at this rate - Saturday.

cw - I bet you could use a nap... especially with all the planning and packing going on. Maybe you will get some catch up zzzzs.
