1. Don't listen to sappy, love songs (or anything country) when you are feeling melancholy.

2. If you can't say anything nice.......

well, write it out where no one will see - and then come back and make nice when you're over it.

    i have a weakness for songs with sensual lyrics. i think there's a recommendation somewhere about not listening to them too. :)

    i should definitely follow #2 though!
